Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and will transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
