House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, live-in Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Kanosh, UT/Hershey, PA context, responsible for supervising and guiding a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Couples reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role over time. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with relocation assistance available. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
