House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, as well as overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off duty schedule during initial placement, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation includes $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Knowledge/experience with youth and ability to lead devotions in a Judeo-Christian context (proselytizing prohibited) are required.
