House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in a student home, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of roughly 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially comprises nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications require youth-serving experience, a two-person married couple with both spouses at least 27 years old, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; proselytizing prohibited.
