House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, and provide care, supervision, and guidance for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning over time to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential relocation to a fixed student home.
