Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA to provide daily supervision, mentoring, and care for groups of 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a stable home assignment; benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. The role requires a two-person, legally married couple, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; drivers must have a valid license and ability to drive student vehicles.
Required Qualifications
