House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across different homes and transitions into a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications and be legally married for at least two years, with each spouse aged 27 or older.
