House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a large group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student home. The role emphasizes a family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development, and relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
