House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School; a two-person married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the requirement that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. The role is two-person and on-campus with on-duty living responsibilities and a focus on student welfare and religious activities within a Judeo-Christian context.
