House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
