House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married couples will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially before transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
