House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent position on a campus-based home for 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting, leading daily devotions, and coordinating weekend/weekday schedules; initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses applying separately.
