House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role to live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually.
