Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) needed in Hershey-area on-campus homes to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, provide daily care and structure, administer medications, drive to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage budgets and household reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off schedules to a placed houseparent role. This is a two-person, married-couple position with relocation to Benton Harbor, MI, including full benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, comfort leading devotional activities, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications

- U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
