House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off during the initial period, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires two-year marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to smoke-free and weapon-free campus rules.
