Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus, Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine days on duty followed by three off days and eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty

- On-campus housing in Hershey, PA area with relocation to Pilot Point, TX
