Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise a group of 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, eligibility to obtain driver certification to operate student vans, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and a total compensation package around $180,000 per couple including housing and meals. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
