Job Summary
House Parents – Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting; initial 9 days on/3 off schedule with future placement in a consistent student home; relocation to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance provided; requires both spouses to submit individual applications; benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-applications requirement (explicit)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Good conduct and integrity
