Job Summary
House Parents: Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) to reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, and guidance, administering medications, coordinating routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, with a structured 9-on/3-off schedule transitioning to a placed home. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED; requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Prohibited to consume alcohol while on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
