House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) will reside on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, serving as a two-person married couple to supervise and guide groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Requirements include two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, experience with youth, and the ability to lead devotional activities in a Judeo-Christian setting.
