House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Start with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
