Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development support. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible deployment to placed houseparent with a consistent student-home assignment.
