Job Summary
House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples reside on-campus with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in devotional activities. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to placed Houseparent with same group. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Committment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in the home
