Job Summary
Two-person, full-time flex houseparent team living on campus to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and programming; responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent model living with the same group of students. Requires married couple, aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
