House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School: full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on/nine-off cycle (nine days on, three days off) with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a two-person married couple, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and a high school diploma or GED. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSAs, retirement, and PTO. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
