House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (two-person, married couple) sought to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to care for a group of 8–13 students in designated homes. The role starts as a Full-time Flex Houseparent with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, initially supporting multiple student homes and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning engaging developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-year married status for both spouses, minimum age of 27, up to three dependent children in the home, commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
