House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Live on-campus in a student home, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, supervise budgeting and household reporting, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role with continuous housing and work in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training.
