Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, relocating to Hershey, PA. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for ~813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent in a consistent student home. Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
