Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, overseeing a group of roughly 813 students and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth. Required Qualifications

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (Judeo-Christian)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
