Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team on campus responsible for supervising 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires living on campus, a commitment to a structured, family-like environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with potential driving certification for student vans, and consenting to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty). Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old; the role is a two-person, on-campus position with relocation support. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Possession of or ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Reasonable driving and transportation duties with students
- High school diploma or GED required
