Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and supporting multiple homes on a rotating nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. Relocation assistance is provided; comprehensive benefits and paid training are included.
