House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role living on campus as Flex Houseparents for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Eligibility requires a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, at least two years of marriage, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus rules. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided as part of the benefits.
