Job Summary
House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required: A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couple lives on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) and provides supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications include youth-related experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and suitability for a two-person, married-couple arrangement (both spouses must apply).
