House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Couples reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. The role requires a two-person, married couple, both 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver licenses, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement options, and housing/ meals. The work schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual long-term placement in a single student home.
