House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex) for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
