House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School’s campus to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and housing reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. The role emphasizes creating a structured, family-like environment and requires two spouses who are legally married and aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to relocate with comprehensive benefits and training.
