House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students.
