House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, guiding a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, with budgeting and household reporting. The role evolves from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment living and working with the same student group. Applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and be able to lift 50 lbs.
