House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
