House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents (Flex) for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time role for married couples living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a placed houseparent arrangement. Must be a legally married couple, both spouses 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs; demonstrated integrity and professionalism; willingness to reside on campus in Hershey, PA or Rockville, MD with on-campus housing and allowances.
