Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, including daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and spiritual activities. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; transition to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Must have high school diploma or GED, be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience with youth.”,
Required Qualifications

- Comfort leading devotional activities and attending Sunday Chapel

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Capability to drive student home vans
