House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation ~($168,000) per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies on alcohol, weapons, and pet restrictions.
