Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approx. $180K per couple), comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain vehicle certification for student vans, and experience with youth. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and compliant with campus rules on smoking, weapons, and alcohol; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
