Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married relationship (couples married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
