Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) needed to reside on-campus in Hershey, PA at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with youth. The role is full-time with a nine-on/three-off cycle during initial placement, relocation assistance provided, and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and apply individually.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
