Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The couple will reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, with responsibilities including daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to the Placed Houseparent role. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain driver certification for student transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proselytizing prohibited in chaplaincy; ability to lead devotions and chapel services as part of duties
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
