Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparenting role for married couples residing in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, supervising budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with a consistent student group. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
