Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School are full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role requires a two-person, legally married couple (both 27+) who will start in multiple homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role, with relocation support provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
