House Parents – Relocation to Hershey, PA required. A two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School, located on campus, where married couples reside in student homes to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and guidance for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
