Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, plan and lead developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with potential transition to a placed houseparent who live/work with the same student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA and two-person, married-couple application process; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person married couple role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
